That was without a doubt the best sandwich I had in my life and I’ve eaten a lot. Went with one with porchetta, stracciatella, pesto genovese and sun dried tomatoes as was the recommendation from the lovely man behind the counter. The guys were in a great mood, biggest smiles, super funny and forthcoming. Amazing experience. I’ll get one for my flight back home to make it again.

You can pick whatever you’d like in your sandwich which is almost impossible elsewhere because they are so rushed and barely ask you anything. Owner and his nephew are such lovely people as well.

Best sandwich(es) I’ve ever had, and I have had a lot of sandwiches. Lovely funny atmosphere and genuinely cannot convey how tasty the sandwiches are. My boyfriend and I split three between two and were blown away (and will not want to eat again for 5 days). Strongly recommend roast pork and mortadella/stracciatella/pesto!! Bit touristy but who cares it rocks

Very good porchetta sandwich, went second time, the salami and pecorino cheese recommended by the friendly owner is good too! Pleasure to have this for my last meal of Rome

It is one of the most tasty thing we had in italy. It s very small place , the guy weighs each ingredient so it takes time however worth to wait. You choose whatever you like . We paid around 11-12 eur but it s big and enough for 2

I asked him to make me something because I have never had a panino, and he happily obliged. It was delicious.

Nice sandwich. long wait (30+ mins) not helped by serving 3 or 4 locals while we queue in the street. Don’t blame them but didn’t like it. Friendly people.

The best sandwich in the world. Period. My go-to is the pancetta, pesto, and stracciatella—unbeatable every time. This is already our second visit this week, and we even got to meet the owners: an uncle and nephew duo. They’re here every day, perfecting their craft!

There’s the counter with the number that they’re on easily visible behind. When you go in, you can order from the menu or talk to the owner to figure out what you want. Great service and super nice focaccia, my boyfriend and me ordered pesto, mozzarella and prochetta, it tasted super good. The wait was long because there was only one person working.

The best panini and filled focaccia we had in italy. We both took porchetta, pesto and mozzarella. It gets toasted perfectly! They weigh each ingredient individually so you can customize your sandwich. We paid 17€ for both, (generous filling) and worth every cent!! This place is 100% worth the hype and the wait. They are also very friendly! Give them a visit.

I thought that was so sweet, specially because I havent asked for it, it was just so thoughtful and made me feel like they care. The sandwiches were amazing as well. I had a bresaola sandwich with pesto, mozzarella buffala, and sun-dried tomatoes. We also had a turkey and smoked cheese sandwich with olives and pesto. Would HIGHLY recommend.- Servizio

Best porchetta panino in the city! Definitely worth the wait if there's a line. The staff is super friendly and seemed to appreciate the NYer who spoke Napoletano.
